Robert W. Padgett, Director of Programs
Robert W. Padgett joined PREMIER as Director of Programs in October 2010. He is responsible for supporting the CEO and COO and management of corporate program functions, including but not limited to: current and future contracts, customer relations, corporate growth, and employee relations/development.
Prior to coming to PREMIER, Mr. Padgett worked as an Information Technology and Business Executive with more than 30 years of experience managing IT and associated business projects, leading cross-functional teams, information systems, marketing and sales, customer service, logistics, and interfacing with IT and business executives and technical experts. He is an experienced relationship manager who works with IT and business executives to analyze business challenges and implement high impact solutions by leading and motivating individuals at all organizational levels. For the past ten years he has worked in the Intelligence Community (IC) providing technical and management support.
