Barbara L. Board, Director of Human Resources

Barbara L. Board joined PREMIER as Director of Human Resources in November, 2004. She is responsible for all of the human resource functions including but not limited to hiring, benefits, employee relations, employee development, employee retention, and employee evaluations.

Prior to coming to PREMIER, Mrs. Board was in the human relations/counseling field for the United States Air Force and United States Army. She was able to successfully transfer all of her knowledge in that field as well as knowledge working within the government to PREMIER. Employee moral and retention can be directly associated with Mrs. Board’s contribution.

Mrs. Board holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Leo College with a dual major in Psychology and Religion. She also holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations with a specialization in Counseling.
